Grape export from Nashik district declined by 25 % in the Jan- Feb period this year when compared to the corresponding period in 2024.
Grape exports usually begin in the first week of Jan and continue until mid-April. Nashik district has exported 66,000 tonnes of grapes between Jan and Feb this year . In Comparison, last year, the district had exported 87,000 tonnes during the same period.
