Tamil Nadu Agricultural University vice-chancellor Dr K Ramasamy, who is also a member of the Tamil Nadu state planning commission, does not mince words. Considered a doyen in biosciences and agriculture policies, Ramasamy is set to retire in a few days after a 35-year stint in the university in various capacities.
